Neither Ursula nor Yzma would be considered attractive, but they both totally know how to work it. And Kronk is the most lovable

Female, I'd say Maleficent, Ursula as Vanessa ... the queen in Snow White kind of, but she always did scare the poo out of me! *lol*
Gaston( it hurts to say this XD ). He's like the only attractive villain. If you take away some of the muscle, he looks a tad bit like
Prince Eric from the Broadway musical. I thought that Burke Moses( original actor for Gaston in BATB Broadway ) was actually pretty attractive.

there...but he's an awesome character and I love his voice! (He's also an extremely underrated villain, IMO!)
